Kieran Christopherson is an artist, leadership consultant, and educator. He has over 15 years experience in the music industry, most notably as the co-founder and guitarist of Melbourne cult- favourite Cousin Tony's Brand New Firebird. 

Kieran has worked in range of different environments; leadership development in the business sector, creative arts programs in not-for-profit organisations, community engagement in regional strategic planning, and most recently as a Trainer in the Vocational Education sector. In the better part of two decades, he has designed and facilitated programs for well over 100,000 people. 

Through Grand Mote Music, Kieran combines almost 20 years experience in group facilitation, strategy and leadership with his lifelong love of independent music.
